CEREBRAL ANEURYSM

A brain (cerebral) aneurysm is a bulging, weak area in the wall of an artery that supplies blood to the brain. In rare cases, the brain aneurysm ruptures, releasing blood into the skull and causing a stroke. AVM(Arterio-venous malformations)- Arterio-venous malformations (AVM) are congenital vascular lesions (mass of abnormally developed vessels) that may appear throughout the central nervous system.

TUMORS

TUMORS Brain and spinal cord tumors are abnormal growths of tissue found inside the skull or the bony spinal column. Benign tumors are noncancerous, and malignant tumors are cancerous. The CNS is housed within rigid, bony quarters (ie., the skull and spinal column). so any abnormal growth, whether benign or malignant, can place pressure on sensitive tissues and impair function. Brain Stroke or CVA - The sudden death of some brain cells due to lack of oxygen when the blood flow to the brain is impaired by blockage or rupture of an artery to the brain leading to impairment of brain functions.

HEAD OR SPINE INJURY

Injuries or trauma to the brain and spine can occur due to various reasons, such as accidents, falls, sports injuries, or violent incidents. These injuries can range from mild concussions to severe traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and spinal cord damage. The consequences of such injuries can be life-altering, affecting not only the physical well-being of the patient but also their cognitive function, emotional health, and overall quality of life.

SPINE DISORDERS

Change in the structure of the spine or damage to the vertebrae and surrounding tissue due to various reasons like Infections. Conditions such as ankylosing spondylitis and scoliosis. Bone changes such as spinal stenosis and herniated disks.
